Birth Worker Support

Calm, Connected Care — from Pregnancy to Postpartum

Every birth is unique, but one thing stays the same: you deserve steady, loving support through the entire journey.
From our first meeting to your early days at home, I’ll walk beside you with care, mindfulness, and calm reassurance.

A Relationship That Starts Before Birth

I believe the best birth support begins long before labor starts.
Whenever possible, I like to meet families in their homes first — where you feel most comfortable. We sit together, talk about your hopes, your concerns, and what you truly want your birth experience to feel like.

We’ll practice comfort measures like massage, movement, breathing, and relaxation — real tools you can use when labor begins. These sessions also help your birth partner learn how to offer meaningful support so you both feel ready and connected.

It’s not just education; it’s relationship building. By the time your birth day arrives, we already know each other — and that makes a difference.

Mindful Presence in Birth

When labor begins, I again like to meet your home first if there is time, or sometimes I’ll meet you at your chosen birth place — home, birth center, or hospital — and bring the same calm, grounded presence we practiced together.

My hands-on approach includes:

  • Soothing touch, massage, and counter-pressure

  • Positioning and movement for comfort and progress

  • Gentle reminders to breathe, rest, and stay present

  • Partner guidance and emotional reassurance

I see each birth as a continuation of the golden connection between you and your baby — a thread that we honor by slowing down, protecting your peace, and creating space for your body’s natural rhythm. My goal is for you to feel calm, supported, and deeply connected to your experience.

Postpartum & Lactation Support

Support doesn’t end when the baby arrives.
Once you’re home and settling in, I’ll visit to check in on feeding, recovery, and rest. As a lactation consultant, I can help you navigate nursing and bottle-feeding, answer questions about latch and supply, and make sure you feel confident feeding your baby.

These visits are also a time to breathe — to reflect on your birth, ask questions, and receive care that centers you as much as your baby.

My Approach

My philosophy is simple: when you feel safe, informed, and supported, your body and mind can work together beautifully.

I bring mindfulness into every stage — helping you slow down, stay connected, and trust your intuition.
Birth isn’t something to manage or control; it’s something to move through with awareness, presence, and compassion.
