I know that starting your breastfeeding journey can feel exciting, overwhelming, and everything in between. I created these classes because I want you to feel confident, prepared, and supported as you nourish your baby. My goal is to give you practical skills, helpful guidance, and the reassurance that you’re not alone on this journey.

 

What You’ll Learn

In my classes, I walk you through the essential parts of breastfeeding, sharing both knowledge and real-life tips from my experience helping families:

  • Understanding Breastfeeding: I’ll help you see the amazing benefits breastfeeding can bring to both you and your baby, and I’ll bust some common myths along the way.

  • Getting Started: I’ll show you techniques for latching, positioning, and building a healthy milk supply—things that can make the very first days smoother.

  • Overcoming Challenges: If nipple pain, engorgement, or low milk supply show up, I’ll give you practical ways to handle them so you can keep going with confidence.

  • Returning to Work: I’ll share tips on pumping, storing milk, and making breastfeeding fit your life when you head back to work.

  • Building Your Support System: I’ll help you find resources and people who can support you, because breastfeeding is so much easier when you have help you can count on.
