Prenatal Support

Pregnancy Guidance From your first consultation through your final prenatal visit, I provide ongoing support, education, and gentle advocacy. Together, we’ll think about birth preferences that honor your wishes while preparing you for the beautiful unpredictability of birth.

Birth Preparation Beyond classes and techniques, I help you cultivate the mindset and confidence that will serve you well in birth. We’ll explore your hopes, address your concerns, and help you to feel the most prepared for your baby’s arrival.

Birth Support

Labor & Delivery Companionship When labor happens, I become your steady presence—offering physical comfort measures, emotional support, and gentle advocacy. My role is to hold space for your birth while ensuring you feel safe, supported, and honored throughout.

Immediate Postpartum Support Those first hours after birth are sacred. I remain with you to facilitate early bonding, support initial infant breast or bottle feeding, and help you process the beautiful experience you’ve just had.

Birth Attendance

Have your trusted companion attend your birth and help you breathe, cope, and navigate the day of birth with you on your special day. Includes back-up doula support in the event of my absence. I stay with you through your labor and for 2-3 hours postpartum.
