Infant Massage

Infant Bodywork & Massage

Babies carry their birth with them. The long labor, the fast delivery, the days spent in the NICU, the positioning in the womb—all of it can leave a mark in their bodies that shows up as tension, discomfort, or a baby who just can’t seem to settle.

As a Licensed Massage Therapist with a background in birth and lactation, I offer gentle, focused bodywork for babies from birth through twelve months. This isn’t the lotion-and-lullaby kind of infant massage—it’s therapeutic, intentional work that addresses fascial restriction and tension patterns that may be interfering with your baby’s comfort, feeding, and development.

Sessions are calm and unhurried, working with your baby’s cues and pace. The goal is to help their nervous system shift into a state of ease—where they can feed well, rest deeply, digest comfortably, and move more freely.

This work is commonly sought for:

  • Neck tension or a strong preference for turning one direction
  • Difficulty latching or feeding comfortably
  • Gassiness, reflux, or digestive discomfort
  • Pre- and post-tongue or lip tie revision
  • General fussiness or difficulty settling
  • Birth-related tension from long, fast, or assisted deliveries

Infant bodywork pairs beautifully with pediatric chiropractic, craniosacral therapy, physical therapy, and lactation.
