After all self-pay services, a superbill will be provided for submission to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Requesting a gap exception before booking services increases your likelihood of full reimbursement.

🟢 I can bill most Cigna (Wildflower), UnitedHealthcare/UMR (The Lactation Network), and Aetna plans.

🟢 I can accept Flexible Savings (FSA) & Health Savings (HSA) Cards.

🟡 All other plans, proceed to book as self-pay.

🔴 I cannot accept any Soonercare plans.

Policies & Payments

Payment: Self-pay payments are due at the time of booking (card, FSA/HSA).
Rescheduling: 48-hour notice required, or a $50 rescheduling/cancellation fee will be invoiced.
